Which credit cards are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express cards are accepted.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within the United States ONLY. Orders which are placed by 1:00 P.M. EST in most cases are shipped that day, and depending on your chosen shipping method, should be received within 1-5 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Your order can be shipped for you via UPS and USPS. Orders received after 1:00 P.M. Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. All shipping charges are based on your zip code and the amount of items in your basket.
How does shipping work?
Shipping rates are not charged on a per carton basis. Price of shipping is based on the weight and location of where the package is shipped. Our partner, Big Daddy Smokes is not trying to make money from shipping charges, so what it costs to ship your order is what you will pay. This way the cost per carton is kept as low as possible, meaning the more you buy the less it costs per carton to ship.
Please make sure that your billing address you list for your order corresponds with the billing address your issuing credit card bank has on file for you. Orders will not be shipped until address verification can be obtained. On all subsequent orders you can have your cigarettes shipped to another location, but you must first call your credit card company and add this alternate shipping address to you account.
There will also be a ONE TIME $3.00 fee on all first orders to cover the cost of the UPS adult age verification process. This is a ONE TIME fee and will be offset by your current and future savings.
How do I create an account?
Creating an Account is Easy. Simply verify your age here and complete the online registration form. Once you have created an account, you won't have to re-enter your personal information each time you visit.
How safe is it to order online?
All credit card transactions are placed utilizing the latest SSL technology. The shopping cart system uses Verisign's 128 bit secure encryption.
How fresh are the cigarettes?
The warehouse receives new stock daily and guarantees that the products you will receive are the freshest available. If you receive a product that is not fresh contact customer service at Big Daddy Smokes to have it promptly replaced.
What if there is a problem with my order?
In the event that you have a problem with your order please email customer service. NOTE: All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Keep ALL packaging material.
Will I be charged taxes?
Sales tax is only charged if the order is being picked up in or shipped to Kentucky. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and comply with any laws in regard to the purchase and use of any cigarette products. In order to determine the applicable limits on purchases or taxing responsibilities, if any, imposed by your particular State you may want to contact the authorities for your state here.
Are coupons accepted?
Sorry, but coupons are not accepted at this time.
What is the return policy?
If you receive an incorrect item due to a mistake on the part of our partner, please contact customer service at Big Daddy Smokes and the wrong item will be replaced with the correct item and include a prepaid shipping label with that order to ship the incorrect merchandise back at no cost to you.
If there was a mistake on your part, you can ship the incorrect merchandise back to us at your expense. Any item(s) sent out after your original order due to a mistake or damage will be charged to your credit card. Once the incorrect or damaged item(s) are returned the amount charged will be credited back to your credit card.
If you decide that after you receive your order that you do not want an item(s) just return the "unopened" carton(s) and your credit card will be refunded once the merchandise is received. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Refunds take up to 10 business days to process. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
How will I know my order went through properly on the site?
After you place your order, you will receive an E-mail confirmation to let you know that your order was received and is being processed.
